Your files and text stay on your device

KadiTools tools run in your browser. The images, PDFs, videos, audio files, documents, CVs and texts you use with them are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to KadiTools, which never sees them.

Data saved in your browser

Some tools remember your work so you can come back to it: for example your CV, invoices, flashcards, job applications, expenses or settings. This data is stored only in your browser (local storage) on this device. KadiTools cannot read it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

Third-party services

• Code libraries. Some tools download open-source libraries (for example PDF, video or barcode engines) from public content delivery networks such as jsDelivr, cdnjs and unpkg. These services see a normal web request (your IP address and browser), but never your files.
• Currency Converter. Exchange rates are downloaded from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). The amounts you convert are not sent.
• Email Validator (optional MX check). When you tick the MX option, only the domain names of the addresses (for example “gmail.com”) are sent to Cloudflare's public DNS service. The addresses themselves are not.
• Fonts. The site uses Google Fonts.
• Visit statistics. KadiTools uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, country, browser and device type). It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal information.

Accounts and personal information

KadiTools does not require an account and does not ask for personal information to use its tools.

Cookies

KadiTools does not use advertising or tracking cookies (the visit statistics described above work without cookies). If this changes, this policy will be updated first and you will be asked for your consent where the law requires it.
