How to install it
- Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new → paste.
- Outlook (web): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → paste.
- Outlook (desktop): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
- Apple Mail: Settings → Signatures → +, untick “Always match my default message font”, paste.

How it works
Email clients only support old-school HTML, so the signature is built with tables and inline styles — the most compatible format for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Click “Copy signature” and paste it in your email settings: the formatting comes with it. Images must be hosted online (your website, LinkedIn photo URL…), because email signatures can't contain local files.
