How it works
Files are compressed with the Deflate algorithm used by every ZIP tool (fflate, a fast open-source library, loaded on first use). Dropping a folder keeps its structure inside the archive. Images, videos and already-compressed files barely shrink — that's normal, ZIP still groups them in a single file.

Is there a size limit?
Only your device's memory: a few gigabytes usually work on a computer, less on a phone.
Can I add a password?
Not yet. Encrypted ZIPs use weak legacy encryption anyway; for sensitive files, use the AES File Encryptor.
