By using KadiTools (kaditools.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

KadiTools offers free online tools that run in your web browser. No account is needed. Most tools process your files and text directly on your device; the few that need an outside service say so on their page and in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may use KadiTools for personal and professional purposes. You agree not to:

• use the tools for anything illegal, or to process content you don't have the right to use;
• try to disrupt, overload or attack the site, or access it with automated tools in a way that harms it;
• copy or republish the site, or present it as your own.

Your files and results

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with KadiTools, and you are responsible for them and for how you use the results. Keep a copy of your original files: some tools change or replace data, and KadiTools cannot recover anything for you because it never stores your files.

No warranty

The tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculators, converters and estimators (finance, health, tax, units and similar) give estimates only and are not professional, financial, legal or medical advice. Check important results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KadiTools is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the site or its tools, including lost data, lost profits or decisions made based on results.

Third-party services and links

Some tools load open-source libraries or data from third-party services, and the site may link to other websites. KadiTools is not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

KadiTools may add, change or remove tools, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
