How it works
The analyzer extracts the facts recruiters bury in long job ads: required vs. preferred skills, years of experience, degree, seniority level, remote policy, contract type and salary mentions. It also lists the main responsibilities and flags common warning signs (unpaid trial, “rockstar/ninja”, a very long list of requirements for a junior role, no salary information).
