How it works
KadiTools samples the image and groups similar pixels with the k-means clustering algorithm. Each cluster's average color becomes a palette entry; the bar shows how much of the image each color covers. Transparent pixels are ignored.

Why do I get similar colors?
Images dominated by one hue produce close shades. Try fewer colors to get only the distinct ones.
