How it works
The recorder uses your browser's MediaRecorder: the sound goes from the microphone to your browser's memory and nowhere else. The first time, the browser asks for permission to use the microphone. Each take appears below with a player; save it in the original compressed format, or convert it to WAV or MP3 on your device. Recordings are lost if you close the page without saving.
