How it works
KadiTools approximates a Gaussian blur with three successive box blurs, which is fast even on big photos. The radius is the standard deviation in pixels of the full-size image, so the preview looks the same as the download.

Can I blur only faces?
Use the Face Blur tool, which detects faces and blurs just those areas.
Is a blur safe for hiding text?
A light blur can sometimes be reversed. Use a strong radius or the Pixelate tool with large blocks for sensitive information.
