How it works
The image stays at full resolution in memory and only the visible region is drawn, so even large photos zoom smoothly. Above 100% each image pixel becomes a square; at 800% and above a pixel grid appears. The bar under the image shows the coordinates and color of the pixel under your cursor.

Does zooming add detail?
No — zooming only magnifies the existing pixels. To enlarge an image for printing, use the Image Upscaler.
